What a day.... :)
Being tired for a good reason is a good kind of tired. And adventures with the PFILS is always a good reason to to be tired. ;)
Why, what adventures, you might be wondering? Well friends, let's just say that going to First Pres in Columbia and having dinner at McAlister's afterwards was certainly fun, but just not quite enough excitement for one Sunday night. So we were inspired to make a surprise trip to Florence to see my mother and siblings, who just happened to be hanging out in the Target parking lot(aka, the van decided not to start, and they were stranded there for almost 2 hours after Target closed, waiting for roadside assistance to show up).
Then, when Mr. manager of the emergency roadside assistance company finally made an appearance, in all his glory, looking like he'd just rolled out of bed, decked out in sweats and sandals, in an old SUV with the side view mirror hanging off....well, one couldn't help but nearly fall over laughing. Oh my.

By 10:30 p.m. the van decided it had been a
nuisance long enough, started right up when it was jumped off, and
everyone lived happily ever after(when they finally all made it to bed
around 11-midnightish).
And the moral of the story is: Raspberries are especially tasty late at night, friends and fellowship are wonderful things to have when your vehicle is being cantankerous, and the first exit on the way out of Florence is NOT the one that goes towards Sumter, and you'll end up going 3 miles north before you can finally find an exit that will turn you back to I-95 SOUTH.......ooops. :P
